Hot & Icy Muscle and Joint Arnica Massage Gel

Directions:

Always try on a small area first.  Apply a thin layer to the affected area. Gently massage into the skin until absorbed. Repeat no more than 3 times per day. Wash hands after use. Children under 10 consult a doctor before use.

Warning: Use only as directed. For external use only. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use on broken or irritated skin or with other products in the same area. Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash occur.  Do not use near eyes or other sensitive areas. Do not use on children under 10 years of age.
